和双向轨道作用一样，但是作业对象是人，也具有长度、没有速度属性。
当不使用人行道时，plant将工人直接运送到工作场所。
使用时，plant会让工人沿着人行道从工作池移动到工作区进行工作，需要设置沿着人行通道行走。
